Down the stretch they come!

Only 3 weeks left of track. (How can it still be cold???) Let’s keep up the good work. Don’t forget to use the restroom before coming to practice and be extra careful to collect your belongings after practices and meets. (Coach Arce has quite the lost and found if you are missing anything.)

This week has a contest for grade school versus St. Anne at Warren Community (maps) on Wednesday, April 30, at 6pm field events and 6:30pm running events. Please arrive by 5:15pm. The track is located on Arden St.which is West of Mound between 13 & 14 Mile Rd. St Anne's runs a tight ship and they are well organized. This meet will be done before 8:00 PM.

BONUS MEET! Select 5 & 6th graders will be invited to show their talents at the St. Joan of Arc Invitational on Thursday, May 1st. This team will be made up of the top 3 or 4 times in each event, but no 4th graders. This is late notice but we are defending champions of this invite and would really need to make a strong showing.

Beating St. Joan AT St.Joan is really FUN. Plus most the kids walk away with medals, ribbons or both. Please stay tuned by tomorrow evening for more details and team make up.

Saturday is a ALL TEAM contest against Marist Academy and Star of the Sea at Ferndale High School (maps) at 9:00am (arrive at 8:30am).

Let's keep up the great work and support for our team as we enter the last few weeks. This has been a great season so we need to end it just like we end our races...strong to the finish!!
