The Shrine Knight Boy’s 6^th Grade Team is giving thanks for a very successful Thanksgiving Tournament Weekend.  The boy’s started the St. Margaret Tournament by playing and beating the host 28-10 in their first game.  The semi-final game was played the day after Thanksgiving and was culminated with a 27 point victory over a stingy St. Kirien team.

In the third and final game, the 6^th Grade Knights competed against what was a smaller but very athletic team from St. Thecla.  Although the boys started a little slow at the beginning, they rallied to an 8 point lead at half.  The second half was just as successful as the boys increased their lead by the end of the game to 16 points.  The final score of 37-21 was good enough for the 6^th Grade Boys to acquire tournament bragging rights and a first place trophy.
